Virtual Tour Streaming-FAQ

1. I've purchased tickets to the virtual tour stream.  How do I watch it?
-Login will be virtual tour on the stream page 1 hour before the show. In order to access the virtual tour stream page you will need to be signed into your account you created when checking out. Once you login to your account on your computer or phone, our site will know if you purchased tickets and you will be able to see the stream on the stream page for the event you purchased. 
Note: If you did NOT create an account, no problem - just make one HERE with the email you used to purchase! 

2. Can I buy tickets for my friends?
-Of course! You can buy a virtual gift card and send it to them, and they can choose which show to get a ticket for! 

3. Can I watch the virtual tour stream on my phone? 

Yes, The player is HTML5, so as long as your phone supports HTML5 video viewing you can definitely use your phone!

What about my TV? 
For TVs - Cast/Airplay are the best options. Some TV or device browsers cannot load video in this format. 

To watch a virtual tour stream event, please ensure you have the following:

4. Will this virtual tour stream be available for download or on-demand viewing later?
-The video will be up shortly after the show ends for 48 hours for existing purchasers of tickets.
